Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for our classes, therapy sessions and retreats/workshops. We understand that life can be unpredictable and that sometimes plans change. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our cancellation policy below. Cancellation Window: All classes and therapy cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class or treatment. All retreat/workshop cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled retreat/workshop. Refunds: Cancellations of classes and therapy sessions made within the 48-hour window will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations of retreats/workshops sessions made within the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your class or therapy session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Rescheduling within the 48-hour window will be treated as a cancellation. If you need to reschedule your retreat/workshop, please do so at least 14 days in advance to avoid any fees. Rescheduling within the 14-day window will be treated as a cancellation. Missed Appointments: If you miss your scheduled class, therapy session or retreat/workshop without prior notice, it will be considered a cancellation and will not be refunded. Health Conditions Check: Failure to answer questions related to current health conditions that may affect the provision of therapy treatment and/or classes/retreats/workshops at the time of booking and payment, leading to a refusal of treatment by the therapist or teacher, will be considered a cancellation. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Refund Amount: Bank transaction charges of circa. 5.5% are deducted from all amounts paid to us, therefore the refund amount will be circa. 5.5% when paid back to you (the client).
